Christmas Tree
I bought a fake tree years ago, for convenience and cost-efficiency -- yes I'm cheap.
Today I feel sad driving by a "tree farm" and saw so many rootless trees standing there waiting to be chosen. They are like pigs raised to be slaughtered. Even worse they were slaughtered and risk not being picked, going straight to landfill. Yes if you live in the woods all the time, dragging one inside to decorate is pretty sweet and festival-ish. Anyway many similar trees are cut down and burnt, you know what I mean, that's the life style. But the reasonable past becomes the ridiculous tradition. We cut down life to celebrate.

How about going to the forest to pick and chop your favorite tree?Still cut down life to celebrate. So, for those who use the artificial trees, including me, we can say we are not cheap, we are loving lives:-)
